700 gm Beef Mince

200 gm Split Chickpeas

2 Onion

15 gm Ginger

5 Garlic Clove

8 Whole Red Chili

Salt (As Needed)

1 TBSP Whole Cumin

1 TBSP Coriander Powder

1 TBSP Whole Black Pepper

5 Cloves

2 Black Cardamom

1 TSP Cinnamon Powder

3 Cup Water

2 Eggs

4-5 Green Chili

10 gm Green Coriander

Kisan Cooking Oil (As Needed For Frying)

Elements for Garnishing:

Slender Chopped Onions: 2 to 3 pcs

Green Coriander: 1/2 pack

Mint: 1/2 pack

Green Chilies: 5 to 6 (as much you like)

Eggs: 2 pcs


Wash Bengal split gram and splash.

Cook entire red chilies, salt, onions, white cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger, meat and water in a dish.

At the point when meat is delicate, include splashed lentil; when delicate and dried, include all flavor powder and blend well.
